Joe Polise has been at the forefront of commercial real estate development for over 23 years. He has been involved in over $3 billion of project development to date. Joe's career has spanned roles as an architect, contractor and owner’s representative, working with some of the largest companies.

Basalt Capital

Fred Fellows has spent 35 years in the commercial real estate capital markets, structured finance, and development with expertise in complex transactions. His roots started in 1993 trading high yield CMBS for 15 years followed by the formation of Basalt Capital, a family office investor focused on value-added Co-GP opportunities and CRE advisory services.
